Training is one of the most important components within our company’s safety management system. It gives employees an opportunity to learn their jobs properly, bring new ideas into the workplace, reinforce existing ideas and practices, and it helps to put our Safety and Health Program into action.

All employees in Black Cat will get benefits from safety and health training through fewer workplace injuries and illnesses, reduced stress, and higher morale. Productivity, profits, and competitiveness will
increase as production costs per unit, turnover, and compensation rates lower.

Employee training will consist of new employee orientation, on the job training, and periodic training. The Safety and Health training provided to employees will include:
