With a vision to develop a team that excels not only in technical expertise but also in strategic thinking and financial acumen, Black Cat Insulation Technical Joint Stock Company (Stock Code: BMK) recently held a successful training course titled “Strategic Decision-Making & Financial Insight.”
This program is part of a comprehensive leadership development for management personnel and high-potential team members, designed and delivered by Dr. Trinh Quoc Tri – an expert in the field of psychology and business administration with over 30 years of experience in training and human development.
Course Objective: Equipping Leadership with Financial Thinking
The training program focused on two core topics: “Finance for Non-Finance Managers” and “Data-driven Decision-Making.”
The course aimed to provide foundational knowledge in financial and managerial accounting to leaders and managers outside the Finance department, while also enhancing their analytical thinking and decision-making skills based on real-world data.

The training content went beyond simply reading and understanding financial statements or distinguishing between profit and cash flow. It delved deeper into analyzing personnel data, costs, and investment figures to support effective operational decision-making.
Participants were encouraged to adopt a modern internal management mindset, practice asking the right questions, and gain insights into the “operational story” behind the numbers — thereby enhancing their overall leadership capabilities.
