COMPANY TRIP 2026 – STRENGTHENING CONNECTIONS, DRIVING SUCCESS AT BLACK CAT INSULATION TECHNICAL® JSC

As part of its sustainable human resource development strategy and ongoing efforts to strengthen corporate culture, Black Cat® JSC organized Company Trip 2026 in Da Lat. The trip was not only an opportunity to acknowledge and appreciate the contributions of all employees but also a meaningful occasion to strengthen team connections and prepare for the company’s strategic plans in the next phase of development.
Recently, the company successfully organized Company Trip 2026 for all employees as an annual activity aimed at creating opportunities for the team to relax, connect, and recharge after intensive working periods.
In a technical working environment where close collaboration and effective coordination across multiple departments are essential, time spent together outside the workplace plays an important role in strengthening team spirit and building stronger connections among employees.
This year’s journey was designed with a variety of activities and experiences, providing team members with more opportunities to spend time together outside of their daily working environment.
The early morning cloud-hunting experience amidst the peaceful scenery of Cau Dat Tea Hill brought relaxing moments and provided a gentle start to the journey.
Experiential stops such as Puppy Farm, Langfarm Center,…also offered new experiences, making the journey more diverse while creating additional opportunities for interaction among team members.
In addition, the Mini Fun Run around Xuan Huong Lake created an exciting atmosphere as employees participated in a small team-bonding challenge, spreading positive energy and creating more memorable moments throughout the program.
One of the highlights of the program was the Gala Dinner night, where all employees gathered together to share stories and experiences throughout the journey, and reflect on the path they have traveled together.
More than just a gathering dinner, the Gala Dinner was also an opportunity for everyone to connect, interact, and create memorable moments with colleagues.
The laughter, conversations, and memorable moments shared during the Gala Dinner contributed to making the journey even more meaningful and complete.
The trip concluded successfully, and after the journey, with their energy fully recharged, the team at Black Cat® JSC is ready to return to work with a proactive mindset and strong determination to pursue new goals together in 2026.
