In the lively atmosphere of welcoming the New Year 2025, the entire staff of Black Cat JSC gathered for an impressive year-end party at the Grand Ballroom – 1st floor of Fusion 5-star hotel, Vung Tau city. The event was an occasion to reflect on a year of remarkable success and an opportunity to look forward to the future with new goals. Notably, the celebration became even more meaningful as it marked a historic milestone with the company officially becoming a publicly listed enterprise.
A year full of fluctuations and remarkable events
2024 was a year of significant fluctuations but also marked many memorable achievements for Black Cat® JSC. The most notable highlight was the company officially becoming a publicly listed enterprise on October 21, 2024, followed by its first IPO transaction on the UPCOM stock exchange with the stock symbol BMK on December 26, 2024. This milestone solidifies Black Cat’s position and reputation in the market.
At the same time, Black Cat® JSC established Innovative Steel Solutions Co., Ltd (ISS), specializing in machining and mechanical fabrication services with outstanding expertise in welding and comprehensive steel solutions. This marks a strategic step forward in providing turnkey project solutions.
