In an effort to continuously improve working processes and enhance overall system operational efficiency, Black Cat JSC recently organized an internal training program for its employees on the topic of applying KPI tools in performance evaluation.
The program was implemented with the goal of helping employees gain a better understanding of the role of KPIs in work management, tracking progress toward objectives, evaluating work performance, and improving both individual and departmental productivity. Through the training session, different departments had the opportunity to exchange ideas, share practical experiences, and discuss effective methods for applying KPI tools to optimize workflows across the entire system.
